Meet the Cultivate Research TeamCultivate Research was founded in 2007 by Che Green and Katrina Munsell, two professionals with decades of experience in market research and a deep understanding of the vegetarian foods industry. Che is a former analyst, investment banker, and research manager for the Microsoft Corporation. In addition to his technology experience, Che has spent most of the past ten years researching the natural foods sector and specifically consumers of vegetarian and vegan products. For nearly a decade, Katrina Munsell was a marketing research manager for Kelco, the leading manufacturer and supplier of specialty hydrocolloids, natural food ingredients used to formulate low- and no-fat foods for the healthy foods sector. She also played a key role in the market development and commercialization of vegetarian microalgae-based omega-3 fatty acids, now used to supplement a variety of foods.
